By creating an account or using Paratus, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy.
Paratus is a Skills Passport: a place for workers to list certificates, licences, training and experience, for training partners to confirm the courses they issued, and for verified employers to search an opted-in talent pool.
You must give accurate information when you create an account. Employer and training-partner accounts are reviewed and approved before they get access. You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
A "verified" badge means a Paratus training partner has confirmed they issued that specific credential. Entries without that badge are self-reported by the worker and have not been independently checked by Paratus. Employers should treat unverified entries accordingly.
Don't submit false credentials, impersonate someone else, or use Paratus to harass or spam other users.
Employer accounts are vetted before approval, but Paratus doesn't guarantee the accuracy of every employer's own representations, and vetting is not a guarantee against misuse. Employers may only contact workers through Paratus and only for legitimate hiring purposes.
Training partners agree to only confirm courses they actually delivered, and to keep attendee records accurate and up to date.
Resume summaries, cover letters and career reflections generated with AI are suggestions based on the information in your account. Check every draft before you use it; you're responsible for what you send. Career-fit scores and pathway suggestions are guidance, not predictions of being hired.
To keep Paratus reliable, we limit how often some features can be used, such as AI drafting and demo requests.
You may stop using Paratus and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paratus is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paratus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
If we make a material change to these Terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
